- E-gift cards can be redeemed at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, Eire and the Channel Islands (including Outlets but excluding BP stores) and online (subject to website terms and conditions). They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference.
- You can redeem your e-gift card in the following ways:
- Online purchase:
- When paying for your purchase at www.marksandspencer.com, select 'Pay by Gift card'
- Enter your Gift card number in the 'gift card number' section
- Enter your PIN in the 'PIN' section
- In-Store purchase:
- Print out your e-gift card or present it on your phone screen at the payment stage
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for M&S Bank services, products or outstanding card balances, made to measure shirts, Lunch to Go, personalised cards or M&S Energy or to buy another gift card or e-gift card.
- E-gift cards CANNOT be cancelled and are non-refundable.
- If you don't redeem the entire value of the e-gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your e-gift card ( GV ) until it is used again or until it expires. Customers could not receive change, nor they could exchange the balance for cash.
